How Rachel Works
Counselling Psychology
Rachel's counselling practice covers anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, body image, self-compassion and stress. She draws on CBT, narrative therapy and solution-focused approaches, adapting to what fits each person.
Performance Psychology
Rachel works with athletes, musicians, artists, students and professionals helping them manage competitive anxiety, overcome creative blocks, and build the mental skills that underpin consistent, sustainable results.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Rachel is a trained ART practitioner, bringing this rapid, evidence-based approach to clients dealing with trauma, anxiety and past experiences that continue to interfere with living fully.
Mental Skills Training
Rachel helps clients build concrete mental skills — focus, confidence, resilience, self-regulation — that translate across every area of life, not just the context where they were developed.
