How Teresa Works

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Teresa's primary framework is CBT — working collaboratively with young clients to build insight into their patterns and develop more adaptive ways of responding to what's hard.

Strengths-Based and Individualized

No two young people are the same. Teresa designs a practical, tailored plan for each client, built around their own strengths and developed in collaboration with their families.

Family Involvement

Teresa understands that children don't exist in isolation. She works closely with families and caregivers throughout the process, helping everyone communicate more effectively and support each other through change.

Committed to Best Practice

Teresa is deeply committed to ongoing professional development and stays current with research and best practices in child and adolescent psychotherapy.
